  • Was wir bieten:
  • Gesamtverantwortliche Steuerung und Überwachung komplexer internationaler Kundenprojekte über den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus inkl. proaktiver Initiierung und Umsetzung von Steuerungsmaßnahmen
  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner für Kunden („One Face to the Customer") sowie eigenständige Führung von Verhandlungen, insbesondere im Rahmen von Nachträgen und Vertragsanpassungen
  • Führung interdisziplinärer Projektteams und Koordination externer Partner. Gewährleistung reibungsloser Kommunikation zwischen Kunden und ANDRITZ
  • Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung in Bezug auf Budget, Termine und Qualität bei gleichzeitigem aktiven Stakeholder-Management
  • Verantwortung für ein professionelles Claim- und Risikomanagement inklusive frühzeitiger Identifikation, Bewertung und Umsetzung geeigneter Maßnahmen
  • Erstellung aussagekräftiger Reportings sowie managementgerechte Aufbereitung von Projektkennzahlen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen sowie Erstellung einer revisionssicheren Projektdokumentation
  • Was wir suchen:
  • Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Sondermaschinenbau, sowie ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise gepaart mit Zielstrebigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen IT-Tools; sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität sowie hohe internationale Reisebereitschaft
