## Deine Aufgaben:

  • Bauherrenseitige Projektsteuerung für den Bereich Gebäude und technische Anlagen
  • Beratung, Steuerung und Dokumentation von komplexen Bauprojekten über alle Leistungs­phasen der AHO / HOAI hinweg
  • Koordinierung des gesamten Planungsteams
  • Durchführung des Vergabe-, Vertrags-, Nachtrags-, Rechnungs- und Qualitätsmanagements
  • Termin- / Kostenverfolgung und -kontrolle
  • Projektbuchhaltung

Du schaffst es durch regelmäßige Abstimmung die Partner am Bau zusammenzubringen. Du bist nicht nur ein kleines Rädchen, sondern ein großer Teil des Ganzen und sorgst dafür, dass die Schnittstellen am Bau funktionieren und das Ziel des Projektes erreicht wird.

## Das kannst Du mitbringen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Ausbildungen.
  • Berufserfahrung wünschenswert.
  • Erfahrung mit der Nutzung von internetgestützten Projekt­plattformen wünschenswert, jedoch nicht Voraussetzung.
  • Kenntnisse der AHO, HOAI, VOB / VOL, VGV sind von Vorteil
  • Du bist im Umgang mit den MS Office Programmen (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) sicher und kannst diese problemlos anwenden.
