  • Aufgaben:
  • Projektmanagement für Produktverbesserungen und Produktionssteigerungen optoelektronischer Systeme für Landfahrzeuge
  • Steuerung interner Fachbereiche sowie externer Dienstleister und Kooperationspartner
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Erreichung der Projektziele hinsichtlich Kosten, Terminen und Qualität
  • Erstellung und Sicherstellung von Termin- und Meilensteinplänen
  • Risiko- und Chancenmanagement einschließlich Gegenmaßnahmenplanung
  • integrierte Projektsteuerung, Reporting sowie Unterstützung im Angebotsprozess
  • Mitwirkung im Obsoleszenzmanagement zur Sicherstellung von Produzierbarkeit und Verfügbarkeit
  • Profil:
  • Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie Erfahrung in der Führung interdisziplinärer Teams und in Verhandlungen
  • Kenntnisse im Produktionsumfeld sowie im Bereich militärischer Produkte von Vorteil
  • detaillierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project und SAP
  • Fähigkeit zur Arbeit in funktionsübergreifenden Teams, hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zu nationalen und internationalen Dienstreisen
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
