## Deine Aufgaben

Du übernimmst die vollständige und eigenverantwortliche Konzeption, Planung, Organisation, Durchführung, Steuerung, Überwachung und Nachbereitung deiner zugewiesenen Projekte.

Projektplanung

  • Umsetzung der Projekte und Steuerung von Projektprozessen (intern und extern) unter Berücksichtigung von Budget- und Unternehmensvorgaben
  • Veranstaltungs- und Teilnehmermanagement
  • Recherchen zu Hotel- und Veranstaltungsort
  • Verhandlung und Abschluss nationaler und internationaler Hotelverträge
  • Strategischer Einkauf von Hoteldienstleistungen
  • Erarbeitung von Projektplänen und Timings
  • Betreuung von Kunden aus unterschiedlichen Branchen
  • Koordination von Dienstleistern

Projektdurchführung vor Ort

  • Souveränes, aufgeschlossenes Auftreten
  • Managen von stressigen Situationen
  • Blick für Details

## Das bringst du mit

  • Du hast Spaß am Organisieren und Strukturieren.
  • Du hast exzellente Improvisations- und Präsentations-Skills.
  • Du meisterst stressige Situationen außerordentlich zuverlässig.
  • Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Engagement, Dienstleistungsbereitschaft sowie Belastbarkeit mit.
  • Du hast ein Studium - Fachrichtung Eventmanagement, Marketing, Kommunikation oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in fachnahen Agenturbereichen abgeschlossen.
  • Du hast berufliche Erfahrung im Bereich der Projektleitung sammeln können.
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Du hast einen Führerschein Klasse B.
  • Teamfähigkeit, Beratungskompetenz, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Flexibilität sind für dich selbstverständlich.
