Alzner Automotive GmbH ist ein blechverarbeitender Zulieferer in der Automobilindustrie. Um die komplexen Produktionsabläufe innerhalb der Automobilindustrie optimal bedienen zu können, produzieren wir auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik.

Aufgaben:

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Ihnen zugeordneten Projekte von der Angebotsphase über die Konzeptentwicklung und Industrialisierung bis hin zur Serienübergabe
  • Planung, Überwachung und Steuerung des Projektfortschritts sowie Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung hinsichtlich Qualität, Kosten und Terminen
  • Übernahme der zentralen Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Kunden sowie internen Fachabteilungen wie Produktion, Einkauf und Qualitätsmanagement
  • Analyse von Herausforderungen und eigenständige Entwicklung zielgerichteter Lösungsansätze unter Einsatz Ihres Fachwissens und Ihrer Erfahrung
  • Systematische Dokumentation von Projekterkenntnissen („Lessons Learned“) sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung nachhaltiger Verbesserungsmaßmahmen

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie besitzen vorzugsweise ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit technischem Verständnis
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement im Automotive-Umfeld, idealerweise in der Stanz- und Umformtechnik
  • Kenntnisse in der Kostenkalkulation und Angebotserstellung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (idealerweise InforCOM)
  • Teamfähigkeit, souveräner Umgang mit internen und externen Schnittstellen, klare und zielorientierte Kommunikation
  • Analytisches Denken und Problemlösungskompetenz
