### Deine Aufgaben – das erwartet dich bei uns:

  • Steuerung anspruchsvoller Infrastrukturprojekte gemäß beauftragten Leistungsbildern
  • Eigenverantwortliche Projektleitung und zentrale Ansprechperson für Auftraggeber und Projektbeteiligte
  • Motivation und fachliche Führung deines internen Projektteams
  • Planung und Überwachung von Kosten, Terminen, Ausschreibungen und Vergaben
  • Aktives Risiko-, Änderungs- und Nachtragsmanagement

### Dein Profil – das bringst du mit:

  • 5+ Jahre Projektmanagementerfahrung im Bereich Verkehrsinfrastruktur
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und wirtschaftliches Denken
  • Entscheidungs-, Durchsetzungsstärke und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Kommunikations- sowie Konfliktlösungskompetenz
  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium und verhandlungssicheres Deutsch
  • Last but noch least: Begeisterung für Projekte
