Gesucht wird ein Projektmanager (m/w/d) für Industrialisierung in Augsburg der Produktionsanlagen und Fertigungsprozesse von der Idee bis zur Inbetriebnahme verantwortet.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • die Projektierung von Produktionsanlagen, Logistiksystemen und Betriebseinrichtungen
  • die Entwicklung von Anlagen- und Industrialisierungskonzepten
  • die Erstellung von Budgetplanungen, Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen und Terminrahmen
  • die Leitung von Projekten über den gesamten Realisierungszeitraum
  • die Steuerung von Kosten, Terminen, Ressourcen und Projektteams
  • die Durchführung von Stakeholder-, Change- und Claim-Management
  • die Koordination externer Partner und Fremdfirmen
  • die Integration neuer Prozesse in bestehende Fertigungsstrukturen
  • die Erstellung und Pflege von Projektstrukturplänen

#### VORAUSSSETZUNGEN:

Wir suchen Sie, der neue Produktionslinien, Fertigungsanlagen oder Logistiksysteme plant, aufbaut und einführt und dabei Kosten, Termine und Qualität im Griff hat.

  • ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium im Bereich: Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Produktionstechnik, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik oder Vergleichbares
  • Erfahrung mit Investitionsprojekten und Produktionsanlagen sowie Stakeholder-Management auf Managementebene
  • Erfahrung mit CATIA und dynamischen Simulationen sehr wünschenswert
  • verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
