- Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Kongress-, Meeting- und Fortbildungsprojekten
- Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit Business Partnern, Agenturen und Dienstleistern
- Beratung von Auftraggebergruppen zur Planung und Durchführung medizinischer Kongresse, Meetings und Fortbildungen
- Leitung crossfunktionaler Projektteams zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Veranstaltungen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Compliance- und Event-Management-Richtlinien
- Profil:
- Studium im Bereich Eventmanagement, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
- Kenntnisse relevanter gesetzlicher Bestimmungen und pharmazeutischer Verhaltenskodizes
- sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Datenbanken
- Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen mit Übernachtungen
- sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
