  • Erstellung und Pflege von 3D-Layouts für Produktionsanlagen, Logistikbereiche, Chemieparks
  • Planung von Fabriklayouts, Materialflüssen und Arbeitsplätzen
  • Planung von Rohrleitungen (Piping), Apparaten und Stahlbaukonstruktionen
  • Durchführung von Simulationen und Kollisionsprüfungen sowie Sicherheitsabständen (z. B. Ex-Zonen, Fluchtwege)
  • Unterstützung bei der Inbetriebnahme und Umsetzung vor Ort
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Industrial Engineering, Produktion, Logistik und externen Partnern
  • Integration von CAD-Daten und technischen Spezifikationen
  • Erstellung von Visualisierungen für Entscheidungsprozesse (z. B. Präsentationen, Reviews)
  • Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Planungsstandards und Methoden
  • Einführung einer 3D-Planungssoftware
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik, Industrial Engineering oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit 3D-Planungstools (z.B. visTable)
  • Kenntnisse in Fabrikplanung, Lean Production und Materialflussanalyse
  • Grundverständnis von Produktionsprozessen und Betriebsmitteln
  • Erfahrung in Explosionsschutz (ATEX-Zonenplanung) von Vorteil
  • Sehr strukturierte und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise, hohes Sicherheitsbewusstsein und ein ausgeprägtes Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
