Ihre Aufgaben

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsleitung, Fachbereichen und IT zur Unterstützung der Unternehmensziele im Kontext der Organisationsentwicklung
  • Analyse bestehender Strukturen und Prozesse sowie Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen zur Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Organisationsstrukturen und Arbeitsweisen am Standort in Rosenfeld
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Konzepten, Richtlinien und Maßnahmen zur Effizienz- und Qualitätssteigerung in Prozessen insbesondere im Verwaltungsbereich
  • Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen sowie Sicherstellung einer hohen Akzeptanz der Veränderungen in den Fachbereichen
  • Monitoring von Maßnahmen und Projekten zur Erfolgsmessung der Organisationsentwicklung
  • Durchführung und Moderation von Schulungen und Workshops für Mitarbeitende zur Einführung neuer Arbeitsmethoden und -prozesse

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position wünschenswert, idealerweise in einem mittelständischen, produzierenden Unternehmen
  • Ausgeprägtes Know-how im Projektmanagement sowie Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Planung und Leitung von Projekten
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Analysemethoden sowie Planungs- und Entscheidungstechniken
  • SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise sowie Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Überzeugungskraft und Hands-On-Mentalität sowie Lernbereitschaft
