Die Stelle ist auf 1 Jahr befristet zu besetzen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Planung, Koordination und Optimierung von Entwicklungs- und Kundenprojekten (zeitl. Ablauf, Personal, Ressourcen, Kundenanforderungen, Verifikation und Validierung)
  • Fachliche Führung von crossfunktionalen Projektteams
  • Sammeln und Verknüpfen von Arbeitspaketen, Erstellen von Timelines und Projektplänen auf drei verschiedenen Risiko-Ebenen: Lead Time, Timeline, Projektplan
  • Task-basierte Zeit- und Auslastungsplanung in MS Project oder vergleichbaren Tools
  • Optimierung von Gesamtprojektzeitplanung unter Beachtung der Rahmenbedingungen: Wechselseitige Abhängigkeit von Aufgaben, Auslastung, Ressourcenoptimierung
  • Sicherstellung des Gesamtprojekterfolgs unter Berücksichtigung von Zeit, Kosten und Qualität
  • Definition, Plausibilisierung und Optimierung von Arbeitspaketen im Dialog mit Fachexperten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Systems Engineering zur gemeinsamen Sicherstellung des Projekterfolgs

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Masterstudium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Durchführung und Leitung von Entwicklungsprojekten sowie in der fachlichen Führung von Projekt-Teammitgliedern
  • Kenntnisse der optischen Messtechnik sowie der Bildqualitätsmessung
  • Grundwissen Projektmanagement, grundlegende IT Qualifikation (MS Project, Office, etc.)
  • Kenntnisse der task-basierten Zeitplanung (Projektstrukturplan, Basisplan, Ressourcenplanung)
  • Gute Kenntnisse zu Unternehmensprozessen der Trioptics
  • Ergebnis- und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Hohe Dienstleistungs- und Kundenorientierung sowie Kommunikationskompetenz und Konfliktfähigkeit
  • Verhandlungssichere Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft für Dienstreisen im Umfang von bis zu 20%, unregelmäßig z.B. für Inbetriebnahmen bei Kunden, Kundenbesuche etc.
