#### Was für uns zählt

  • Erfolgreicher Studienabschluss im Bauingenieurwesen
  • Gute Kenntnisse der HOAI und VOB
  • Vorerfahrung mit BIM und LEAN von Vorteil
  • Fachübergreifendes Planungsverständnis
  • Organisationstalent und prozessuales Denken
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen und projektbezogener Auswärtstätigkeit

#### Ihr Beitrag bei uns

  • Überwachung und Kontrolle von Terminen, Budget (Kosten) und Qualität/Qualitätssicherung
  • Soll-Ist-Vergleich: Analyse von Abweichungen zwischen Projektplan und aktuellem Stand
  • Erarbeitung von Gegenmaßnahmen bei Abweichungen (Lenkung)
  • Koordination und Abstimmung zwischen Auftraggebern, Projektteam und Stakeholdern
  • Ressourcenmanagement: Organisation und Planung von Kapazitäten
  • Regelmäßige Berichterstattung über Projektfortschritt und Kennzahlen.
  • Risikomanagement: Früherkennung von Engpässen und Risiken.
