Wir suchen Verstärkung für unser Team! In der Position Projektsteuerung (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle in der Organisation, Koordination und Überwachung unserer Hochbauprojekte. Ihre Aufgaben

  • · Steuerung und Überwachung von Kosten, Terminen und Qualität
  • · Koordination aller internen und externen Projektbeteiligten
  • · Erstellung und Pflege von Termin- und Kostenplänen
  • · Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Vergaben
  • · Durchführung und Moderation von Projektbesprechungen
  • · Erstellung von Protokollen, Berichten und Projektstatusmeldungen
  • · Sicherstellung der Einhaltung technischer Vorgaben und Qualitätsstandards
  • · Unterstützung im Vertrags-, Änderungs- und Nachtragsmanagement
  • · Dokumentation des gesamten Projektverlaufs

Ihr Profil

  • · Zwingend Kenntnisse im Baubereich notwendig
  • · Erste Erfahrung in Projektsteuerung, Projektmanagement oder Bauleitung wünschenswert
  • · Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und analytisches Denkvermögen
  • · Kommunikationsstark, teamorientiert und durchsetzungsfähig
  • · Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Projektmanagement-Tools
