PROJEKTVERANTWORTLICHEN GEBÄUDEAUTOMATION / MSR-TECHNIK (m/w/d)

In dieser Position übernehmen Sie die ganzheitliche technische und kaufmännische Verantwortung für anspruchsvolle Projekte im Bereich Gebäudeautomation und MSR-Technik. Sie steuern Ihre Projekte eigenverantwortlich von der Planung und Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme und Übergabe.

### IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Projektsteuerung: Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Abwicklung anspruchsvoller Projekte im Bereich Gebäudeautomation und MSR-Technik.
  • Projektkoordination: Planung, Organisation und Überwachung sämtlicher Projektphasen sowie Koordination der beteiligten Mitarbeiter und Projektpartner.
  • Technische Verantwortung: Auslegung und Abstimmung von Mess-, Steuerungs- und Regelungssystemen sowie Erstellung und Prüfung technischer Konzepte und Dokumentationen.
  • Kundenbetreuung: Zentraler Ansprechpartner für Auftraggeber, Planungsbüros, Lieferanten und Nachunternehmer während der gesamten Projektabwicklung.
  • Projektmanagement: Sicherstellung eines wirtschaftlichen, termin- und qualitätsgerechten Projektablaufs einschließlich Kostenkontrolle, Angebotserstellung und Nachtragsmanagement.

### IHR PROFIL

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder Gebäudeautomation oder eine Weiterbildung zum Techniker bzw. Meister mit entsprechender Fachrichtung.
  • Berufserfahrung in der Projektabwicklung oder Projektleitung im Bereich Gebäudeautomation bzw. MSR-Technik.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Planung, Auslegung und Inbetriebnahme moderner Automatisierungssysteme.
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Technische Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA), Anlagenbau oder Industrieautomation.
  • Technisches Verständnis sowie wirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln.
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Organisationsgeschick, Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team.
  • Führerschein der Klasse B.
