About the Role

We’re looking for a Promo Producer who can craft compelling video content and campaigns that bring the Masters App to life. You’ll own the creative vision from concept to execution — for promos, trailers, and branded content that inspire users and highlight our creators.

Responsibilities

Conceptualise and produce high-impact video promos and teasers for product launches, campaigns, and creator showcases.

Write engaging scripts and storyboards that align with brand tone and content strategy.

Collaborate with creative, design, and marketing teams to ensure campaign consistency.

Oversee end-to-end video production — from shoot planning to post-production.

Work closely with editors, VO artists, and animators to bring stories to life.

Track performance metrics and continuously optimize content for engagement.

Maintain strong brand alignment across all visual and written communication.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in promo production, advertising, or creative storytelling.

Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills in English or Hindi (bilingual is a plus).

Proficiency with editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro .

A strong visual sense and attention to detail in tone, pacing, and emotion.

Experience working on short-form, digital-first video content (preferred).

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
