## Property Asset Manager

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen engagierten Property Asset Manager (m/w/d) , der mit Weitblick, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein unsere Immobilienobjekte betreut und weiterentwickelt.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Verwaltung unserer Bestandsimmobilien
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Wertsteigerung der Immobilien
  • Laufende Analyse und Optimierung der Objektperformance
  • Koordination von Dienstleistern sowie Steuerung externer Partner
  • Budgetplanung, Kostenkontrolle und Reporting
  • Kommunikation mit Mietern, Behörden und internen Schnittstellen
  • Vermietungsmanagement, Erarbeitung von Vermietungskonzepten und aktive Vermietungstätigkeiten bestimmen Deinen beruflichen Alltag (optional)

Profil:

  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Immobilienmanagement / Property Management
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Fähigkeit, über den Tellerrand hinauszuschauen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Verwaltungssoftware Domus 4000 und MS Office
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick
