  • Participate in property inspections and operational reviews, supporting the monitoring of building conditions, engineering and maintenance activities, safety and service standards, and following up on identified issues with relevant teams and service providers.
  • Assist with tenant and stakeholder coordination, responding to operational requests, supporting tenant communications and activities, and working with vendors, contractors, building teams, and other stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Support new property mobilizations and pre-setup projects, which may include site assessments, documentation, vendor and contractor coordination, operational readiness, engineering-related activities, data collection, and other requirements leading up to property operations.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and willing to be hands-on across different assignments, with good analytical and problem-solving abilities and the flexibility to support different properties, projects, teams, and business requirements as opportunities arise.
