Twój zakres obowiązków

Przygotowanie i realizacja założeń budżetu nieruchomości

Kontrola i optymalizacja kosztów nieruchomości

Nadzór nad serwisami i rozwiązywanie bieżących problemów

Zarządzanie obiektem i współpraca z najemcami zarządzanej nieruchomości

Bieżące i okresowe raportowanie z działalności zarządzanych obiektów

Współpraca z zespołem dedykowanym do obsługi nieruchomości oraz z Klientem

Wsparcie zespołu w negocjacjach i przygotowaniu ofert dla aktualnych i nowych najemców

Nadzór nad stanem technicznym nieruchomości oraz realizacją przeglądów i prac konserwacyjnych

Koordynacja firm technicznych oraz dbałość o zgodność obiektu z przepisami (prawo budowlane, BHP, ppoż.).

Nasze wymagania

Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne

Minimun 2- 3 lata doświadczenia w zarządzaniu budynkami komercyjnymi, nieruchomości magazynowo-logistyczne oraz biurowe

Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie dobrym

Praktyczna znajomość pakietów MS Office (Excel, Word)

Wysokie zdolności organizacyjne i interpersonalne

Samodzielność oraz efektywna organizacja czasu i pracy

Dodatkowym atutem będzie licencja zarządcy nieruchomości.
