Im Kundenauftrag suchen wir im Rahmen unserer Dienstleistung der vermittlungsorientierten Zeitarbeit einen Property Manager (m/w/d)  am Standort Köln.

  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Kaufmännische Verwaltung von Wohn- und/oder Gewerbeimmobilien
  • Betreuung von Mietern, Eigentümern und externen Dienstleistern
  • Erstellung und Kontrolle von Betriebskostenabrechnungen und Wirtschaftsplänen
  • Steuerung und Überwachung von Instandhaltungs- und Dienstleistungsmaßnahmen
  • Unterstützung bei Vermietung, Vertragsmanagement und Objektentwicklung
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und vertraglicher Vorgaben
  • Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung im Immobilienumfeld
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Property Management wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie idealerweise Immobilienverwaltungssoftware
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
