Für unseren Standort in Augsburg suchen wir einen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für die Immobilienverwaltung in Vollzeit .

## IHR JOB IM ÜBERBLICK

  • Betreuung von Wohnanlagen
  • Betreuung von Mietverhältnissen
  • Korrespondenz mit Mietern
  • EDV-gestützte Datenpflege
  • Vergabe und Überwachung von Handwerkerarbeiten und Dienstleistungsverträgen
  • Mieterakquise
  • Durchführung von Immobilienbesichtigungen
  • Übergabe und Abnahme von Mietflächen

## DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT

  • Abgeschlossene kaufm. Ausbildung
  • Besitz des Führerscheins der Klasse B
  • Idealerweise Erfahrungen im Bereich der Wohnungswirtschaft
  • Freude am selbständigen, gewissenhaften und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeiten
  • Freude am Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Menschen
