Property Manager / Mietverwaltung (m/w/d) Wohnimmobilien

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Verwaltung eines festen Wohnimmobilienbestands
  • Betreuung von Mietern, Eigentümern sowie externen Dienstleistern
  • Planung, Steuerung, Überwachung von Instandhaltungs- und Modernisierungsmaßnahmen
  • Organisation von Wohnungsbesichtigungen sowie Übergaben und Abnahmen
  • Erstellung, Prüfung und Verwaltung von Mietverträgen und Nachträgen
  • Bearbeitung von Mietverträgen, Mieterhöhungen und Kündigungen
  • Objektbegehungen sowie Sicherstellung eines ordnungsgemäßen Objektzustands
  • Koordination von Handwerksfirmen sowie Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätskontrolle

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Immobilienbereich
  • Berufserfahrung in der Immobilien- oder Mietverwaltung notwendig
  • Kenntnisse im Mietrecht sowie kaufmännisches und technisches Verständnis
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Immobilienverwaltungssoftware
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationsgeschick und Teamfähigkeit
  • Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift
