What you will do

Work with Sales, Solution, and Bid Management to capture the central idea, differentiators, win themes, and proof points for the response.
Facilitate message mapping and storyboarding sessions with guidance appropriate to the size and complexity of the opportunity.
Engage with the pursuit lead and other appropriate stakeholders to develop the Executive Summary and ensure the proposal remains consistent with the agreed client messaging.
Proposal development and delivery
Review RFx requirements and use appropriate DXC-branded tools, templates, and best practices, including AI and proposal automation tools, to build a clear response structure, content plan, schedule, and responsibility matrix while adapting to client requirements.
Determine need for other proposal team resources, including graphic designer and/or editor, and engage as appropriate.
Coordinate with the bid manager to develop the proposal calendar that incorporates customer deadlines and critical internal milestones and to stay informed of customer changes to the RFx.
Lead a Writer’s Workshop at kickoff meetings, communicate assignments, and confirm that the pursuit team understands the proposal process, requirements, resources, assignments, deliverables, and due dates.
Maintain organized proposal files and version control, facilitate content collection, identify gaps, and perform ongoing content formatting and editing.
Coordinate final graphics, editing, formatting, production, and quality reviews (including use of AI quality review agents).
Attend regular deal calls, lead proposal status/review calls, and oversee final submission activities to meet customer deadlines.
Complete closedown activities, including archival of proposal documents, capturing reusable content, and sharing lessons learned.
Mandatory requirements
