If you're a problem solver who likes connecting the dots, keeping projects on track, and turning complex information into polished deliverables, you'll fit right in. If you're ready to build your proposal career with a team that values collaboration, initiative, and continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you.

Assists with proposal development activities from pre-RFP planning through submission by researching solicitation requirements, preparing schedules and tracking tools, and documenting deadlines, action items, and compliance requirements.

Updates proposal systems, trackers, collaboration tools, and opportunity records to support proposal execution and documentation.

Drafts and prepares assigned proposal sections, supporting documentation, resumes, project descriptions, and other proposal materials using approved templates and source content.

Assists with gathering information from subject matter experts, project teams, and partners for inclusion in proposal submissions.

Prepares proposal materials for compliance, quality, and editorial review and updates content based on approved feedback.

Executes assigned final-production activities, including formatting, assembling files, maintaining version control, and supporting electronic submissions.

Follows established proposal development processes and escalates compliance concerns, missing information, schedule risks, or submission issues when identified.

Assists proposal writers, business development staff, technical subject matter experts, and partners by coordinating information requests, documenting meeting outcomes, and reporting status updates.

Assists with maintaining proposal resources, shared content libraries, and internal process documentation.

Minimum Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree OR a high school diploma with 4 years of relevant experience.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in proposal support, project coordination, business development support, consulting, or a related field.

Experience supporting proposals, solicitations, reports, presentations, or other deadline-driven deliverables.

Experience gathering information from multiple contributors and organizing it into clear written materials or proposal documentation.

Experience tracking tasks, deadlines, documentation, or deliverables across team-based projects.

Experience preparing meeting materials, documenting action items, and following up on assigned tasks.

Experience working collaboratively with writers, subject matter experts, project teams, or internal business partners.

Foundational knowledge of proposal development or comparable deadline-driven document-development processes.

Advanced beginner proficiency in professional writing, editing, proofreading, grammar, and document preparation.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.

Foundational project coordination skills, including maintaining schedules, tracking assignments, and meeting deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow solicitation instructions, templates, checklists, and established procedures.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to request information and provide clear status updates.

Ability to manage assigned tasks across concurrent proposal or project activities while seeking guidance when needed.

Ability to analyze requirements, document findings, and escalate unclear, conflicting, or higher-risk issues appropriately.

Ability to maintain organized records and handle confidential client, partner, pricing, or business-development information professionally.

Willingness to learn proposal development practices, relevant company services, and technical subject matter.

A one-page cover letter will be required explaining your interest in the company and the role.
