  • Minimum of six (6) years of professional proposal writing experience, with demonstrated experience supporting competitive federal government contracting opportunities.
  • Proven experience independently developing technical, management, staffing, transition, and past performance proposal sections for federal solicitations.
  • Demonstrated understanding of federal acquisition processes, government contracting requirements, and applicable FAR/DFARS regulations.
  • Experience reviewing and interpreting RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, SOWs, PWSs, and federal solicitation Sections L and M.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop compliant, responsive, and persuasive proposal narratives aligned with government evaluation criteria.
