  • Wir suchen einen Proxy Support Engineer (L2) für den Betrieb und Support unserer Enterprise-Proxy-Services auf Basis von Squid, TinyProxy und Dante (SOCKS) ab sofort im Raum Berlin!
  • IHRE AUFGABEN
  • Monitoring & Betrieb (Performance, Logs, Zertifikate, KPIs)
  • Incident Management (P1P3), Triage & Eskalation an L3
  • Umsetzung von ACL-, Policy- und Konfigurationsänderungen
  • Log-Analyse & Troubleshooting (HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, TLS, Auth)
  • Unterstützung bei Changes, Wartungen & Dokumentation
  • IHR PROFIL
  • 26 Jahre Erfahrung im Proxy-/Netzwerk-/Security-Umfeld (L2)
  • Gute Linux-Admin-Kenntnisse & solides TCP/IP-Verständnis
  • Erfahrung mit mindestens einer der genannten Proxy-Lösungen
  • ITIL-Grundlagen & strukturiertes Incident Handling
