Als Hersteller von Spezialmaschinen für die Mikroelektronikindustrie, bieten wir weltweit Lösungen in den Marktsegmenten Wafer Level Packaging (Chemische Metallisierung) und Lotkugel-Bonden auf Wafern bzw. Substraten an. Darüber hinaus bieten wir Dienstleistungen in diesen speziellen Bereichen an.

Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen

Prozessassistenten (m/w/d) in Vollzeit

## Ihre Aufgaben:

Unterstützung bei der Arbeit im Reinraum:

  • Eingangskontrolle der gelieferten Bauteile
  • Assistenz bei einfachen Fertigungsprozessen
  • Ausgangskontrolle und Verpackung der zu versendenden Produkte
  • Erfüllung der Anforderungen der unternehmensinternen Qualitätsstandards sowie der ISO 9001 und der IATF 16949 Standards

## Ihr Profil:

  • Quereinsteiger herzlich willkommen, Technikinteresse von Vorteil
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit, da Arbeit im 3-Schichtsystem
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Geduld, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der Arbeit
