  • Aufgaben:
  • Überführung stabiler, leistungsstarker Prozesse in die Fertigung sowie Sicherstellung der Prozessstabilität im Lebenszyklus
  • datenbasierte Prozessanalyse und -optimierung mittels Statistik und Machine Learning zur Steigerung der Prozessfähigkeit
  • Konzeption, Entwicklung und Industrialisierung von Montage- und Integrationsprozessen für opto-mechanische Komponenten und Module
  • Definition technischer Anforderungen sowie Entwicklung und Freigabe von Montage- und Integrationslösungen mit Lieferanten und Partnern
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Design, Engineering, Equipment-Entwicklung, Software und Reinigungstechnik für optimierte Anlagen und Prozesse
  • Profil:
  • Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Physik, Fertigungstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in datengetriebener Prozessanalyse
  • fundierte Kenntnisse in Montage-, Integrations- und Fertigungstechnologien sowie in statistischen Methoden wie DoE, SPC und Prozessfähigkeitsanalyse
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Machine Learning, Python und industrieller Datenanalytik von Vorteil
  • eigeninitiative Arbeitsweise sowie Planungs-, Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
