Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Prozessingenieur Elektronikfertigung (m/w/d) für folgendes Aufgaben- und Verantwortungsgebiet:

  • Entwicklung, Optimierung und Standardisierung von Fertigungsprozessen in der Elektronikproduktion (z. B. SMT, THT, Montage, Test)
  • Analyse von Prozessdaten und Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Qualitätssicherung & Effizienzsteigerung
  • Einführung neuer Technologien & Maschinen in Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten & der internen Entwicklung
  • Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen, Prozessdokumentationen und Schulungsunterlagen
  • Unterstützung bei der Fehleranalyse und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung (Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Mitarbeit bei Projekten zur Automatisierung & Digitalisierung der Fertigung

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Elektronikfertigung oder industriellen Produktion wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse in SMT-/THT-Prozessen, Löttechnik und Qualitätsmethoden
  • Analytisches Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
