Für unseren Kunden Airbus Defence and Space am Standort Manching suchen wir einen erfahrenen Materials & Processes Composite Engineer (m/w/d). In dieser Position gestaltest Du die Weiterentwicklung innovativer Composite-Technologien für anspruchsvolle Luft- und Raumfahrtanwendungen und begleitest Material- sowie Fertigungsprozesse von der Entwicklung bis zur Qualifizierung.

Deine Aufgaben:

die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien im Bereich Composite Technologies
die Erstellung und Harmonisierung von Material- und Prozessspezifikationen
die Auswahl und Bewertung von Materialien und Fertigungsprozessen
die Bereitstellung technischer Daten für Entwicklungs- und Konstruktionsbereiche
die Definition und Validierung von Fertigungsprozesssimulationen
die Unterstützung von Qualifizierungs- und Zertifizierungsaktivitäten
die Sicherstellung von EHS- und REACh-Anforderungen
die Durchführung und Koordination von Testprogrammen
die technische Unterstützung von Engineering, Fertigung und In-Service-Bereichen
die Steuerung und Reporting von Arbeitspaketen

#### VORAUSSSETZUNGEN:

ein abgeschlossenes Master- oder Diplomstudium in Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Maschinenbau, Verbundwerkstoffen oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung
mind. über 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Luft- und Raumfahrtindustrie
Kenntnisse im Bereich Aircraft Design und Luftfahrtanforderungen
Erfahrung im Umfeld Composite Materials & Processes
Erfahrung in Testplanung und Testdurchführung
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
