Prozessingenieur (m/w/d)

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Führe und entwickle das Process-Engineering-Team
  • Optimiere Fertigungs-, Montage- und Logistikprozesse
  • Treibe Lean Manufacturing und Operational Excellence voran
  • Steuere CAPEX-Projekte von der Spezifikation bis zur Inbetriebnahme
  • Entwickle Digitalisierung und neue Prozesstechnologien weiter

Als Process Engineering Manager (m/w/d) arbeitest Du in Rheinfelden (Baden) eng mit Operations, Quality, Supply Chain und weiteren Bereichen zusammen.

  • Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • Du hast ein Studium in Ingenieurwesen, Produktionstechnik, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produktions- oder Prozessengineering mit
  • Du hast Führungserfahrung und entwickelst Teams zielgerichtet weiter
  • Du kennst Lean, Prozessoptimierung, CAPEX und kontinuierliche Verbesserung
  • Du arbeitest analytisch, strukturiert und bereichsübergreifend
