### Ihre Herausforderungen

  • Unterstützung bei der prozesstechnischen Betreuung unserer Fertigung im Bereich Faseroptik, Elektronik und Baugruppenbau inklusive der benötigten Testsysteme
  • Prüfung der Wirksamkeit der Prozesse und Fertigungseinrichtungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Identifizierung von Maßnahmen zur Kostensenkung und Effizienzerhöhung sowie die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Produktionsprozesse
  • Erstellung von Root-Cause Analyse von Ausfällen und Abwickeln von Korrekturmaßnahmen
  • Erstellung von statistischen Auswertungen und Pflege der Fertigungsdokumente
  • Durchführung und Bewertung von Versuchen an optischen und elektronischen Komponenten und Baugruppen sowie vorantreiben der KVP- und LEAN-Prozesse in der Produktion

### Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Ingenieurwissenschaften in Mikrosystemtechnik, Elektrotechnik / Elektronik oder einen anderen vergleichbaren Studienabschluss
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Tätigkeit ist wünschenswert
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch eine strukturierte, analytische sowie prozess- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise aus
  • Sie besitzen idealerweise Kenntnisse der EN 9100 und deren Umsetzung im Fertigungs- und Instandhaltungsbetrieb
  • Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen, idealerweise SAP
  • Sie bringen gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit
  • Eine hohe Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie eine ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab
