  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Weiterentwicklung der MEMS-Sensorfertigung für Inertiale Navigation Systeme
  • Entwicklung von Reinraumprozessen auf Wafer Ebene bis zur Sensorintegration
  • Versuchsplanung (DOE), Charakterisierung und Auswertung von Analysen zur Prozessoptimierung (SPC)
  • Einfahren, Optimierung, Freigabe und Dokumentation von Reinraum- und nachgelagerten AVT-Prozessen
  • Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen unserer Produktentwicklung, der Produktion und Qualitätssicherung, um eine reibungslose Umsetzung unserer Designs sicherzustellen
  • Erstellung, Aktualisierung und Pflege von Arbeitsanweisungen, Arbeitsplänen und anderen relevanten Fertigungsdokumenten

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Mikrosystemtechnik, Mechatronik, Physik oder vergleichbarer Disziplin abgeschlossen
  • Berufserfahrung in der Halbleitertechnik wie Photolithographie, Oxidation oder Metallisierung sind erwünscht
  • Idealerweise haben Sie Erfahrung mit Methoden zur Prozessstabilisierung und Qualitätssicherung wie SPC, Six Sigma, Ishikawa, FMEA
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch strukturierte, analytische sowie prozess- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise aus
  • Eine hohe Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie eine ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab
