Bei EF Robotics entwickeln wir Robotiklösungen für Unternehmen aus Gastronomie, Einzelhandel, Logistik und Gesundheitswesen. Intern setzen wir auf moderne Automatisierungen und KI, um schneller, effizienter und skalierbarer zu arbeiten. Dafür suchen wir einen Business Automation Specialist, der unsere Prozesse auf das nächste Level bringt.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung interner Automatisierungen und Apps
  • Aufbau und Optimierung von Workflows (z. B. mit n8n, Make und APIs)
  • Nutzung moderner KI-Tools wie Claude Code
  • Analyse bestehender Prozesse und Identifikation von Automatisierungspotenzialen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung bestehender Lösungen

### Voraussetzungen

  • Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Automatisierung, KI oder Softwareentwicklung
  • Analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Begeisterung für moderne Technologien und digitale Prozesse
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit n8n, Make oder Coding-Agents sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
