  • Position: PROZESSMANAGER IT-HARDWARELOGISTIK (M/W/D) DEIN
  • AUFGABENPROFIL Entwicklung, Dokumentation und Optimierung von
  • Prozessen im Bereich Hardware Supply Chain Management und Logistik.
  • Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei Serviceentwicklung,
  • Prozessgestaltung und methodischen Fragen. Ableitung
  • servicespezifischer Anwendungsfälle und deren prozessuale Umsetzung.
  • Vorbereitung der Freigabe von Anwendungsfällen in ARIS. Prüfung und
  • Aktualisierung von Prozessdokumentationen entsprechend den Vorgaben
  • des zentralen Prozessmanagements und der Qualitätssicherung.
  • Abstimmung von Prozessschnittstellen zwischen verschiedenen Services
  • und Fachbereichen. Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung der
  • Governance und Teilnahme an Process Councils. DEIN
  • QUALIFIKATIONSPROFIL Mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung in der
  • Prozessentwicklung und Prozessdokumentation. Kenntnisse im Supply
  • Chain Management beziehungsweise in der Logistik für IT-Hardware.
  • Verständnis für IT-Servicestrukturen. Idealerweise Kenntnisse in
  • ARIS und in IT-Service-Management-Prozessen. Deutsch mindestens C1 und
  • Englisch mindestens B1. Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und
  • ausgeprägte Qualitätsorientierung. WIR BIETEN Mindestens 60% Remote
