  • Planen und Gestalten von Montageprozessen sowie Erstellen und Pflegen von Arbeitsplänen, Arbeitsfolgen und Montageanleitungen in der Reisemobilbranche als Elternzeitvertretung
  • Analysieren von Montageprozessen sowie Identifizieren und Umsetzen von Verbesserungspotenzialen
  • Entwickeln und Implementieren von Prozessverbesserungen unter Anwendung von Lean-Methoden
  • Weiterentwickeln von Arbeitsabläufen und Arbeitsplatzkonzepten unter Berücksichtigung von Ergonomie und Zeitwirtschaft
  • Aufnehmen, Bewerten und Dokumentieren von Arbeitsabläufen
  • Ermitteln und Aktualisieren von Vorgabezeiten in Zusammenarbeit mit der Arbeitsvorbereitung
  • Profil:
  • Techniker, Meister oder Studium der Produktionstechnik, des Maschinenbaus, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in Arbeitsvorbereitung, Prozessplanung oder Fertigungsoptimierung in einem produzierende Unternehmen
  • Erfahrung in der Gestaltung und Optimierung von Montageprozessen
  • Kenntnisse in Lean-Management, Zeitwirtschaft, Arbeitsablaufgestaltung sowie idealerweise REFA
  • Kenntnisse in MS Office, ERP-Systemen sowie idealerweise TAKTIQ
  • analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Umsetzungsstärke
  • sehr gutes Deutsch
