Dein Aufgabenbereich:

  • Entwicklung, Implementierung und Optimierung von Klebstoff- und Dosierprozessen für die Fertigung von Batteriemodulen und Wechselrichtern
  • Unterstützung beim Aufbau, der Inbetriebnahme und dem Hochlauf neuer Produktionslinien
  • Auswahl, Qualifizierung und Optimierung von Klebstoffen, Dosiersystemen sowie Applikationsverfahren
  • Definition, Validierung und Dokumentation von Prozessparametern sowie Sicherstellung einer stabilen Serienproduktion
  • Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung von Prozessabweichungen sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender Fertigungsprozesse
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Qualität, Entwicklung, Instandhaltung sowie externen Anlagen- und Materiallieferanten
  • Durchführung von Prozessvalidierungen sowie Begleitung von Produkt- und Prozessfreigaben
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Arbeitsanweisungen, Prozessdokumentationen und Fertigungsstandards
  • Mitarbeit an kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsmaßnahmen (KVP) zur Steigerung von Qualität, Produktivität und Prozesssicherheit

Das bringst du mit:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker (m/w/d) oder abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Chemieingenieurwesen, Verfahrenstechnik, Produktionstechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der industriellen Klebstofftechnik sowie in der Entwicklung und Optimierung von Kleb- und Dosierprozessen
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Dosieranlagen, Applikationstechnik und industriellen Klebstoffsystemen von Vorteil
  • SPS-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
