  • Bewertung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Prozessänderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen
  • Sicherstellung der praxisgerechten Implementierung neuer oder angepasster Prozesse im operativen Umfeld
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Prozessmanagement und operativen Bereichen zur erfolgreichen Überführung von Konzepten in die Praxis
  • Analyse von Prozessabweichungen sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung geeigneter Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Qualitätsstandards, Methoden und Prozessdokumentationen
  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Zwei bis fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement, Prozessmanagement oder Produktion
  • Kenntnisse im Schiffbau oder in einem vergleichbaren industriellen Umfeld
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von Prozessabläufen sowie Qualitätsmanagementsystemen
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
