Qualifikation:

  • Erfahrung mit gängigen SMT-Anlagen (z. B. ASYS, Juki, Rehm o. Ä.) von Vorteil

  • Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Strukturierte, analytische und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie Kommunikationsstärke
  • hohe Bereitschaft zur bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
  • Gerne geben wir auch motivierten Quereinsteigern mit technischem Verständnis und Lernbereitschaft eine Chance.
  • Zur Hauptverantwortung des Stelleninhabers zählen:
  • ordnungsgemäß gerüstete und eingerichtete Arbeitsplätze und Anlagen wie: Lasermarkierung, Lotpastendruck, Bestückung und Reflowlöten u.a.
  • Sicherstellung technologisch festgelegter Abläufe
  • Sicherstellung der Qualitätsanforderungen
  • termingerechte Wartung und Instandsetzung der Arbeitsplätze und Anlagen
  • Prozessoptimierung und Maßnahmen zur Ausbeuteerhöhung
  • Mitwirkung in der Überleitungsphase von Projekten in die Serie
