Dein Aufgabenbereich:

  • Du führst eigenverantwortlich Prüfungen an Teil- und Fertigprodukten anhand von Fertigungsaufträgen, Stücklisten, Schaltplänen, Arbeitsanweisungen und Prüfprotokollen unter Berücksichtigung der geltenden Vorschriften durch.
  • Du kontrollierst gefertigte Bauteile und Produkte gemäß unseren Qualitätsrichtlinien.
  • Du dokumentierst Abweichungen und meldest Störungen, um eine schnelle Fehlerbehebung sicherzustellen.
  • Du hältst die geltenden Sicherheits-, Hygiene- und Umweltvorschriften konsequent ein.
  • Du sorgst für Ordnung und Sauberkeit an deinem Arbeitsplatz nach den 5S-Standards.
  • Du unterstützt deine Kolleginnen und Kollegen bei Engpässen und trägst zu einem reibungslosen Ablauf im Team bei.
  • Du wirkst aktiv an Prozessverbesserungen und der kontinuierlichen Optimierung unserer Abläufe mit.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Eine abgeschlossene technische oder gewerbliche Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Technisches Verständnis sowie die Fähigkeit, technische Zeichnungen, Schaltpläne und Arbeitsanweisungen sicher anzuwenden
  • Eine sorgfältige, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit
  • Teamgeist sowie die Bereitschaft, Kolleginnen und Kollegen bei Bedarf zu unterstützen
  • Engagement und Interesse daran, Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten und kontinuierlich zu verbessern
