Prüfstandsfahrer

Aufgaben:

  • Testet und optimiert Systeme für Motormanagement und industrielle Verbrennungsmotoren
  • Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Auswertung von Motorenprüfstandsläufen
  • Bedienung, Einrichtung und Inbetriebnahme von Prüfständen/Lastsimulationen
  • Vorbereitung von Bauteilen, Montage von Mess- und Regelungssystemen
  • Datenerfassung, -aufbereitung und -auswertung
  • Durchführung von Funktions- und Dauerprüfungen gemäß Prüfspezifikationen
  • Fehlersuche, Reparatur- und Kalibrierungsarbeiten an Prüfständen und Messmitteln
  • Dokumentation von Prüfergebnissen, Erstellen von Prüfberichten und Protokollen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Konstruktion und Qualitätssicherung
  • Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Umwelt- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Prüfumgebungen und -prozessen

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung z. B. AutoMechaniker, FahrzeugMechaniker oder Mechatronik, oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Prüfständen, Mess- und Datenerfassungssystemen von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit Diagnosesystemen, Werkstattausrüstung, Prüftechnik
  • Kenntnisse in Mechanik, Elektrik/Elektronik und Diagnosetools
  • Fähigkeit zum Lesen von Zeichnungen/Schemata, gutes technisches Verständnis
  • Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit, Sicherheits- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
