Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung von Montagearbeiten am Motorenprüfstand und am Einzylinder-Prüfling
  • Durchführung einfacher elektrischer Arbeiten, insbesondere Sensormontagen
  • Betrieb des Prüfstands inklusive Fahrprogrammsteuerung sowie Einstellung und Überwachung von Parametern
  • Durchführung von Messungen sowie erste Plausibilisierung der Messdaten
  • Durchführung von Fehlersuchen am Prüfstand und in der Messtechnik
  • Unterstützung bei der Störungsbehebung im Prüffeld
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen

Profil:

  • Industriemechaniker, Kfz-Mechatroniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Motorentechnik, idealerweise mit Großmotoren oder Prüfständen
  • Kenntnisse in der Messtechnik sowie im Umgang mit Prüfstandssystemen
  • Kenntnisse in der Fehlersuche und technischen Analyse
  • sorgfältige, strukturierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (Früh- und Spätschicht), idealerweise Kranschein
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
