Wir suchen: Ab August eine Fachkraft für psychologische Begleitung (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung unserer Reha-Ausbildung sowie der BvB-Reha am Standort Paderborn (13 Stunden/Woche).

Über uns: Das ATZ Paderborn bietet jungen Menschen mit besonderen Förderbedarfen den Rahmen für eine erfolgreiche Ausbildung. Da die Zielgruppe (L, P) eine stabile psychische Begleitung benötigt, suchen wir eine Fachkraft, die unser Team mit Expertise ergänzt.

Dein Aufgabenbereich:

  • Psychologische Begleitung der Teilnehmenden (13 Stunden/Woche).
  • Beratung des Ausbildungsteams zur Unterstützung bei schwierigen Verläufen.
  • Krisenprävention und Stabilisierungsgespräche.

Dein Profil:

  • Hochschulabschluss (Diplom oder Master) als Psycholog\*in.
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit der Zielgruppe (junge Menschen mit Behinderung/psychischen Erkrankungen).
