Die Fachklinik Kompass City ist eine Einrichtung der medizinischen Rehabilitation für suchtmittelabhängige Menschen zur stationären Entwöhnungsbehandlung. Auf dem Weg in die dauerhafte Abstinenz werden unsere Klient:innen sowohl therapeutisch unterstützt als auch in alltäglichen Aufgaben des Lebens begleitet. Wir suchen Psycholog:innen in Weiterbildung, die Interesse an der PT-2-Zeit in einer Suchthilfeklinik haben.

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Psychosoziale Betreuung und Begleitung von Patient:innen (Therapieplanung, Zielerarbeitung, Monitoring und Dokumentation)
  • Einzelgespräche und bei Bedarf Angehörigengespräche
  • Förderung von Motivation, Eigenständigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Durchhaltevermögen bei den Rehabilitand:innen
  • Angebote zu Alltagshilfen und Krisenmanagement
  • Durchführung verschiedener Gruppenangebote (therapeutische Kleingruppen, psychoedukative Gruppen, Rückfallprophylaxetraining)
  • Durchführung und Auswertung von Diagnostik
  • Abstimmung und Kooperation mit anderen Therapiebereichen
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossenes Master-Studium der Psychologie, in Approbationsweiterbildung
  • Fähigkeit zu eigenverantwortlichem Arbeiten
  • gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zu Fort- und Weiterbildungen
