## Tätigkeit

Individuelle Fallverantwortung für die zugeordneten Patientinnen in einem Schichtbetrieb
Hohes Interesse an der Krisenintervention
Ganzheitliches, individuelles und ressourcenorientiertes Krisenmanagement in einem dynamischen Team mit weiteren Spezialisten
Mitarbeit bei Sicherstellung der optimalen Rahmenbedingungen und Umsetzung der Stationsziele
Gesprächsführung und Vernetzung mit den Eltern und dem weiteren Netzwerk, Eintritts- und Austrittsmanagement sowie Berichtswesen

## Anforderungen

Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Psychologie und ein Plus - eine Psychotherapieausbildung und Kenntnisse in der Krisenintervention
Persönlichkeit mit hoher Sozialkompetenz und Empathie, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität, Team- und Reflexionsfähigkeit
Freude an raschen Veränderungen und der Bewältigung von Krisen
Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten im Schichtbetrieb
