Für unseren Standort in Kaiserslautern suchen wir ab sofort eine motivierte psychologische Fachkraft ( m/w/d) in Vollzeit (40 Std.).

Zur Zielgruppe gehören Erwachsene in unserer Jobbalance Maßnahme.

Neben der Psychologischen und Sozialpädagogischen Betreuung beinhaltet das Aufgabengebiet folgende Schwerpunkte:

  • Feststellung der gesundheitlichen Situation und Gesundheitsmanagement
  • Krisenintervention
  • Durchführung von Stärken- und Schwächenanalysen
  • Biografie-orientierte Perspektiventwicklung
  • Motivationsarbeit und Lotsenfunktion
  • beratende Begleitung in den aktuellen Lebenslagen
  • regelmäßige Einzelgespräche und offene Sprechstunde
  • Sensibilisierung für kulturgeprägte Stress- und Konfliktmuster
  • Durchführung von Deeskalation und Perspektivwechsel
  • Entlastungsangebote bei Überforderung
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Routinen
  • Regelmäßige Kurzimpulse und Durchführung von Morgen- und Abschlussrunden
  • Entwicklung von Rückfall und – Notfallplänen
  • Beratung und Unterstützung des eigenen Teams im Hinblick auf die Teilnehmenden
  • Aufsuchende Arbeit und Kontaktaufnahmen zu den Teilnehmenden
  • Administrative Aufgaben und Dokumentation
  • Betreuung von Menschen mit latent psychicscher Beeinträchtigung

Neben einem abgeschlossenen Psychologiestudium (mit Diplom) oder einem Fachhoch- bzw. Hochschulstudium (mit 3 jähriger Berufserfahrung im sozialpädagogischen Bereich) erwarten wir von Ihnen:
