  • Für die psychologische Arbeit in unserer Intensivpädagogischen Wohngruppe mit Inhousebeschulung in Dresden Podemus suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Psychologe/Psychologin (m/w/d) um unser freundliches und engagiertes Team weiter zu verstärken.
  • Was suchen wir:
  • Kooperation und Vernetzung mit internen und externen Fachkräften
  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Einzel- und Gruppensitzungen
  • Durchführung sozialen Kompetenztraining mit Therapeuten
  • Individuelle Anleitung der Betreuer/innen zu psychologischen Schwerpunkten der Arbeit mit den einzelnen Kindern/Jugendlichen
  • Grundkenntnisse im SGB VIII - insbesondere zum Hilfeplanverfahren
  • Bekleidung des Einrichtungsalltages nach verhaltenstherapeutischem Ansatz
  • Durchführung von Fallberatungen
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Mitwirkung an Mitarbeiterfortbildungen
  • Hilfestellung bei Konfliktbewältigung und akuten Krisen
  • Einbinden der tiergestützten Therapie
  • Kontakt zur Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie
  • Das bieten wir Ihnen:

  • Das bringen Sie mit:
  • abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor / Diplom / Master) der Psychologie oder als Kinder- u. Jugendpsychotherapeut (m/w/d)
  • Erfahrung, Sicherheit und Freude an und in der Beratung und Begleitung von belasteten Kindern und Jugendlichen
  • ein hohes Maß an Sensibilität und Empathie für Kinder und Jugendliche
  • die Fähigkeit tragfähige Beziehungen aufzubauen und zu halten
  • Klarheit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • hohe Eigenverantwortung und Eigeninitiative, sowie Belastbarkeit
  • einen wertschätzenden Umgang mit Menschen
  • Belastbarkeit und Konfliktfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft für Wochenendarbeit im Rahmen der Krisenintervention
  • die Bereitschaft, sich in ein gut funktionierendes Team zu integrieren
