Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Beratung und Begleitung von Kindern, Jugendlichen und deren Bezugssystemen, die von Gewalt bedroht oder betroffen bzw. gefährdet sind
  • Beratung und Begleitung von gewaltausübenden und gefährdenden Kindern, Jugendlichen und Erwachsenen
  • Beratung bei Trennung/Scheidung, Besuchsbegleitung, Elterncoaching
  • Krisenintervention, Familienberatung, Expert:innencoaching, Prozessbegleitung

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene einschlägige Ausbildung z.B. Studium der Sozialarbeit oder Psychologie, Psycho- oder Familientherapie
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im psychosozialen Bereich
  • Kompetenzen bzw. Zusatzausbildung(en) im Bereich Beratung, Krisenmanagement, Konfliktmanagement vorteilhaft
  • Supervisions- und Selbsterfahrung erforderlich
  • Hohe fachliche und soziale Kompetenz
  • Einwandfreier Leumund
  • Professioneller Umgang mit Kindern, Jugendlichen und deren Bezugssystemen
  • Reflexionsfähigkeit, psychische Belastbarkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung

Unser Angebot:

  • Anstellung im Ausmaß von ca. 20 bis 27 Wochenstunden
  • Die Entlohnung erfolgt nach Kollektivvertrag der Sozialwirtschaft Österreich (KV SWÖ)

· Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestentgelt beträgt 3.074,80 € (bis maximal 4.050,30 €) brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung (=37 Wochenstunden).

· Das Gehalt ist abhängig von der Anzahl der Berufsjahre und den durch Qualifikationsrichtlinien beschränkten Tätigkeitsbereichen. Vordienstzeiten werden gemäß KV SWÖ angerechnet.

· Betriebsrat im Unternehmen mit vielfältigen Unterstützungsangeboten und Vergünstigungen

· Dienstort ist das Kinderschutzzentrum in Feldbach

· Dienstbeginn ab sofort
