Wir suchen eine/n Psychologe / Psychologin (w/m/d) für unseren Psychologischer Fachdienst in Vollzeit (35-39 Std) ab Januar 2027 für unsere stationäre Einrichtung der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Psychologische Diagnostik sowie Ableitung
  • individueller Förder- und Behandlungsmaßnahmen
  • Therapeutische Begleitung, Beratung und Krisenintervention
  • Planung und Durchführung von Einzel- und Gruppen- angeboten
  • Beratung von Eltern und pädagogischen Teams sowie Mitwirkung an Hilfeplanprozessen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen Kooperationspartnern
  • Weiterentwicklung des Fachdienstes, heilpädagogischer Konzepte und interner Fortbildungen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Psychologiestudium (Diplom oder Master)
  • Idealerweise Ausbildung bzw. Zusatzqualifikation in der Kinder- und Jugendlichenpsychotherapie
  • Erfahrung in Diagnostik sowie in der Arbeit mit psychisch belasteten Kindern und Jugendlichen
  • Sicherheit im Umgang mit Krisensituationen
  • Freude an Gruppenarbeit, Konzeptentwicklung und interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine wertschätzende, ressourcen- und traumasensible Haltung
