  • Sicherung des Teilhabeziels unserer Rehabilitand\*innen durch psychologische, sozialpädagogische Beratung
  • Betreuung durch stützende & entlastende Gespräche (z. B. zu Motivation, Bewältigung verschied.auch psychischer Krankheitsbilder, Coping-Strategien)
  • Gestaltung und Durchführung von Gruppenangeboten – auch online (z. B. Prüfungsangst, Stress- und Konfliktbewältigung) und enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Professionen als Teil des interdisziplinären Reha-Teams

# Ihr Profil:

  • MSc. / Dipl. Psychologie oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung im Bereich psychologischer/ sozialpädagogischer Beratung
  • Berater-, Coaching- und/ oder therapeutische Ausbildung
  • Eigeninitiative und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kundenorientierung und Überzeugungskraft, sowie Empathie und Freude an der Arbeit mit Erwachsenen mit Einschränkungen
