## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Gestaltung des Aufnahmeverfahrens der jungen Menschen
  • Durchführung von Einzelförderungen sowie Gruppenangeboten
  • Fallmanagement in Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern, Fachdiensten, Lehrkräften und Gruppenpädagoginnen bzw. Gruppenpädagogen
  • Krisenintervention sowie Zusammenarbeit mit Jugendämtern, Ärztinnen und Ärzten sowie weiteren Kooperationspartnern
  • Durchführung psychologischer Diagnostik und Dokumentation
  • Beratung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden der Wohngruppe in ihrer pädagogischen Arbeit

## Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium der Psychologie
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen sowie Freude an deren wertschätzender Begleitung
  • Eigenverantwortliche, verbindliche und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Engagement, Geduld, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
  • Interesse an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung eigener Projekte mit Kindern und Jugendlichen
